Thanks for the idea!
Something to remember for fashion enthusiasts out there...from Vogue Sewing, circa 1982
i used to sew my own dresses, my grandmother and mom taught me how, then at school we had this project for home economics. i miss doing it too but i can't find a suitable sewing machine...:)
I really envy those people that are gifted in that aspect. I am always dreaming of sewing dresses and costumes for my kid in the future. I hope I can ready myself to work on that.
This is a good information especially for those who are into dressmaking. I guess I will go back here too when I have my business in making dress (I hope so. hehehe)
It would be great to sew your own dress. Pity I was not endowed with such craft.
ReplyDeletehi sarah, I've always liked trying to sew or re-sew my own clothes even if I don't have the skills. I just have the knack for creation. :)
